Research Paper Guidelines
To ensure a successful and effective conference, participants must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Pre-registration is mandatory for all participants.
- Research papers must be original and not previously published.
- The research must align with the conference's themes or topics.
- Submit the research or paper as a Word document.
- The research should start with the following details: (Title of the Paper - Author’s Name - Affiliation/Institution - Country).
- It is recommended to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the conference session.
- Adhere to submission deadlines and respond promptly to review requests.
- The conference committee will accept papers written in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Abstracts should be written in the language of the research and another language.
- The abstract should be no less than 500 words and include 5 keywords.
- The full paper submitted to the conference should not exceed 8,000 words.
- Font type for writing papers: Kurdish text should use Unicode Kurdish-Calibri (Body), Arabic text should use Calibri (Body), and English text should use Times New Roman.
- The paper should be formatted according to the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition style.
Peer Review of Papers
- Conference papers are evaluated by the conference’s scientific committee, which relies on the opinions of reviewers.
- Submitted papers undergo confidential scientific review and are assessed based on originality, depth, contribution to research, and clarity of presentation and language.
- Researchers will be notified of their acceptance to the conference after submitting their abstracts and having them reviewed by the committees. Once the full paper is received, it will be reviewed, and any required revisions will be communicated to the author. The author must make the necessary revisions as approved by the scientific committee within the specified deadline.
Publication of Papers
- Approved abstracts, papers, and initiatives will be published in the conference proceedings book.
- The aim of publication is to enable researchers, stakeholders, decision-makers, and officials to access research papers, studies, work papers, successful initiatives, and modern techniques.
- Research studies reflect only the views of their authors, who bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and any issues related to scientific ethics and integrity.
